Our app takes the hassle out of ordering takeaway as you can order directly from your phone in seconds. We offer great quality food and service straight to your door. Use our app to order your takeaway and enjoy a growing number of benefits. You can also order from our website homepage.

CAN YOU DELIVER TO MY AREA?

We deliver within a 3 mile radius of our Stockport branch – which is measured as the crow flies.  Simply enter your postcode into our delivery site and it will tell you whether delivery is possible to your location. (Distance measured on a directions website may be different to the distance as the crow flies – so always worth checking on our site).

IS IT POSSIBLE TO COLLECT AN ORDER FROM ONE OF YOUR RESTAURANTS?

Absolutely, you can collect from CockaDoodleMoo Stockport from 12.45pm Friday - Sunday and from 5.45pm on Wednesday and Thursday. Simply choose the collection option from the homescreen of the app or webpage.

CAN I ORDER a collection VIA TELEPHONE?

We encourage you to use our online ordering facility which you can access via the internet or we have our own delivery APP which you can download. Using this method offers many benefits such as quick and easy ordering as well as access to promotions.

If you still prefer to order your collection via phone, that’s ok!  For all phone orders, payment must be made at the time of ordering. We can not accept any orders for delivery via phone. All delivery orders must be place via our app or on our website.  

CAN I PAY WITH MY CREDIT card?

Yes and it’s the quickest way! We have a fully secure payment system for quick and safe payment.

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

Yes of course you can, as long as we haven’t already left the restaurant with your order. Simply call our Collection/Delivery coordinator on the number listed on your confirmation e-mail, and let them know what you want to change.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

As long as we haven’t already started preparing it, yes you can. Please call our dedicated Collection/Delivery coordinator on the number listed on your confirmation e-mail if you would like to cancel your order.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER VALUE FOR DELIVERY?

Yes, the minimum order is £15. We have limited resources for delivering our orders, and it simply isn't viable  for us as an independent restaurant to make deliveries below this value.

why is there no discount on delivery compared to normal restaurant prices?

We have invested heavily in our packaging, delivery systems and delivery equipment, to ensure that our food arrives to you in optimum condition, ensuring you can enjoy our restaurant experience in your home. 

Why do I pay for delivery?

We understand that some local takeaways offer a free delivery service. Where we differ is that we employ all our drivers as employees within our company. We pay our employees the national living wage and contribute part of the delivery fee to our delivery drivers.

Why do I pay for delivery even when I spend a lot?

This is something we are paying real consideration to. Until we have some data to work on it’s a challenge for us to come up with a fair model. We will be tracking our orders carefully and as we understand our delivery service more we will look to reward loyal followers who are supportive of our business.

WHAT TIME CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?

We have a number of delivery time slots for you to choose on our delivery site. We will always prepare and deliver your order within the shortest time possible, so you may find your food arrives before your slot. On some occasions you may find that your order takes slightly longer than anticipated. If this is the case we will keep you informed.

CAN I SPECIFY A DELIVERY TIME?

As a standard we endeavour to deliver to you as soon as possible. To guarantee a specific delivery slot, we advise that you book your slot early to avoid disappointment.

WHAT TIMES DO YOU DELIVER?

From our Stockport branch you can choose a delivery slot from 5:45pm until 9pm on Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday, or from 5:45pm until 10pm on Friday and Saturday.

I AM ORDERING FOR PEOPLE THAT HAVE DIETARY REQUIREMENTS. CAN I VIEW ALLERGEN INFORMATION?

If you are ordering for people that have dietary requirements please ensure that you contact our Dedicated Delivery Coordinator to discuss these prior to placing any orders.

WHAT COMES WITH MY ORDER?

Your order will arrive carefully prepared and packaged to ensure that it arrives in optimum condition. As part of our focus on the environment, we won’t automatically provide cutlery. If you require these, just add it into the Special Instructions section on the checkout page. 

CAN I ORDER MOO-SHAKES OR HOT DRINKs FOR DELIVERY?

Yes, Moo-Shakes are available for you to enjoy. You can find them under the menu section Moo Shakes, towards the bottom. Simply choose your favourite flavour. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver hot drinks at the moment, but we do have a wide range of premium soft drinks.

WILL MY FOOD ARRIVE HOT?

We have gone to great lengths to make sure that our food is packed using materials that ensure optimum heat is retained. We also deliver all our food in specially designed heated bags, so it arrives with you in the very best condition possible.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LATE OR HASN'T ARRIVED AT THE CHOSEN TIME SLOT?

Our dedicated delivery team are navigating the busy streets as quickly and as efficiently as they can, but sometimes things outside of our control can go wrong. Where we can, we will always try and proactively call you if we feel that your order might not arrive within the estimated time of delivery, and our team will be working to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If you need to get in touch, the best way is to call the Collection/Delivery coordinator on the number listed on your confirmation e-mail.

IS YOUR PACKAGING RECYCLABLE?

Yes, (apart from our foil) and we also encourage you to return your plastic bags and all packaging. We are more than happy to take your packaging away with us when we leave. Just let us know!

What if my order is missing an item?

We have a thorough process to ensure this doesn’t happen. If you do find any items missing from your order, please call our Collection/Delivery coordinator on the number listed on your confirmation e-mail.

What can I expect in the future?

We have allocated significant resources to our #MooToYou service so we can deliver the very best service we can.  But we are not leaving it there. We will be keeping a close eye on our results and as it becomes more evident how things are working out, we will reflect on #MooToYou to continue to deliver the best level of service and value that we can.
